ExcelToPDF missing border for empty cell when converting Excel to PDF

I am trying to convert Excel to PDF using Saunisoft.ExcelToPDF function. However cells which have borders in excel are not properly displayed with border. How can I have empty cells with border properly displayed in output pdf
